Hey everyone, thanks for checking in. Below is my schedule of upcoming performances and teaching.

Performance Schedule

Music for Dance and Contemplation

Jan. 17 Tuesday, Jan. 17, 7:30pm: John and Miro Sprague, improvising music for a VIDAM movement jam, Northampton Center for the Arts, Northampton, MA.

Jan. 24 –May 3, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4pm, Mt. Holyoke College. Playing live music for Felice Wolfzahn's Contact Improv class. Interested dancers, should check with Felice for permission to attend.

Jan 25 – May 2, Mondays & Wednesdays, 10am, Amherst College -- awesome Contemporary dance class with Cathy Nicoli. Permission from Cathy to attend.

July 8, Sunday, 8pm, Playing live for the monthly Earthdance movement jam, Earthdance, Plainfield, MA

Summer dates TBA: I'll be playing for two weeks of Contemplative Dance Workshops at Hampshire.

August 11–21; DNE summer camp; I'll be performing and playing for dance jams and classes.

Teaching Schedule

Sunday afternoons through March 11: 12:30 –3pm. Co-teaching a Buddhist precepts study group. Greenfield Dharma house, 30 Main St., Greenfield, MA.

January 3 – April 22. Leading 108 Days of Meditation. See Facebook page, "108 Days of Meditation." Open Group meditation sessions at Green River Zen Center: Sundays @ 9am; Tuesdays @ 7pm. Contact me for more info. Also see www.greenriverzen.org.

Feb. 21, 7pm, Green River Zen Center, 158 Main St. Greenfield, MA, 2nd floor, studio B. Meditation, followed by precepts ceremony. I will give a talk on the precept of honoring oneself as an instrument of peacemaking.

March 20, Green River Zen Center. 7pm meditation, followed by dharma talk. I will be speaking about the mastery of meditation.

August 11–21; DNE summer camp; I will be leading the Moving Village workshop, and other groups. Details TBA
